Is it mocking me?

The game is a lot of fun! Driving trains in videogames is not that common, but here, its amazing!

However, if you repeatedly lose, it will ask if you want to upgrade your train. But if youre not at the right level, it will not let you upgrade, and asking if I want to upgrade when I cant seems to be a bit of a mockery. And having to wait until your fuel recharges if youre not willing to pay can be frustrating.
